3. Account Management

3.1 Password Security

3.2 Account Inactivity

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,000 in bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳20,000 (৳1,000 × 20) must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Only successfully processed bets will be considered valid. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, it will be treated as cancelled and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Possible Odds Changes

In sports betting, odds may change before or during a match. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed will be treated as final.

6.3 Cancelled Events

If a sport or match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be treated as cancelled and the stake will be returned. However, if the result is confirmed as valid under the rules of the relevant sporting body, that result will stand.
